The Role

We have opportunities for class 2 drivers to join our bulk haulage team.

We operate a fleet of 100 vehicles. We specialise in the movement of bulk Aggregate loads across the UK and Europe. Full in-house training provided.

Key aspects of the role include:

1. Demonstrate a respectful, positive attitude towards others and behave in an honest and open manner.
2. Work effectively as part of a team and under their own initiative.
3. Work safely, comply with health and safety legislation, and insist others do the same.
4. Have practical skills and basic mechanical understanding.
5. Plan routes effectively.
6. Be able to work weekends when required.
7. Experience using Microsoft and Outlook.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise, cope under pressure and work to strict deadlines.

Qualifications required:

1. Hold a valid class 2 driving Licence.
2. Hold a current Driver CPC card.
3. Hold a digital tachograph card.
4. Knowledge of driver hours regulations.
5. Experience in moving bulk would be an advantage but is not necessary as full training will be provided.

Additional requirements:

1. HGV Class 2 licence held for over 2 years.
2. No more than 6 licence points.
