Job summary

Simply Jobsworth is seeking a Timber Sales Manager in the West Midlands to lead a busy internal sales team and drive revenue while maintaining excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership, industry knowledge and a proven track record of meeting sales and margin targets.

You will manage stock profiles, identify growth opportunities and work with senior management to implement strategic plans. Competitive salary plus bonus and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sales Manager, Branch Manager or Commercial Manager.
• Strong knowledge of timber, hardwood, sheet materials or related building products.
• Track record of achieving sales and margin targets.

A leading distributor within the timber, hardwood and panel products sector is seeking an experienced Timber Sales Manager to lead a successful internal sales function and drive continued commercial growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional with strong leadership experience and a background in timber, builders merchants, hardwoods, sheet materials or related construction products.

The Role

As Timber Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a busy sales team, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved while maintaining exceptional customer service levels.
