Applicants should have timber frame housing experience and hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications. The role is based on site in Wadebridge, with a competitive £60,000 salary plus car allowance.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build programme stays on track.
• Managing trades, subcontractors and site teams.

• Maintain build quality and customer satisfaction.
• Report to Contracts Manager and liaise with technical and commercial teams.
