You will manage contracts, track project progress, liaise with subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure RAMS are site-specific. The role emphasizes accurate records, effective communication, and timely project handovers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Contracts management or as a Site Manager stepping up.
• Strong ability to manage contracts and use project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently within contracts department directives.
• Proficient in software tools for project management and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Set up tenders automatically after sales handover and project appointments.
• Attend meetings, take minutes, and develop the master tracker for project checkpoints and schedules.
• Draft, distribute, and review project programmes.
• Track and respond to incident reports and customer care issues.
• Draft RAMS and ensure they are site-specific.
• Collaborate with QS in subcontractor appointments.
• Manage project documentation like Delay Notices and Non-Conformity Reports.
• Raise variation items with site-based cost backgrounds.
• Formalise working times and mileage reports to the line manager.
• Conduct initial site visits and report findings.
• Attend prestart meetings and plan lifting operations if necessary.
• Supervise project sites, inspect, and record defects.
• Drive project handovers for timely completion.
• Report on health and safety and progress percentages.
• Maintain project information on the N Drive system.
