Job summary

HR GO Recruitment is seeking a Construction Contracts Lead to manage timber-frame projects end-to-end from tender setup through to site handover. The role acts as the key link between internal teams, subcontract installers and the client, ensuring programme, compliance and robust documentation.

You will lead tender setup, coordinate kick-offs, maintain master project trackers, draft RAMS, and drive actions to closure while ensuring on-site delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• CSCS card required.
• Timber-frame installation experience with coordination of on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender setup and project programme management.
• Coordinate project kick-offs, meetings, minutes and drive actions to closure.
• Maintain a master tracker per project for dates, milestones and risks.
• Draft and issue site RAMS and ensure compliance for timber-frame installation.
• Provide site supervision, attend design coordination meetings and communicate risks to teams.
• Support subcontractor appointments with QS and monitor performance.
• Raise Delay Notices, NCRs and variations with cost evidence.
• Maintain robust document control and audit trails.
• Carry out site visits, pre-starts and snagging with documented records.
• Enable on-time handover and client sign-off with site reports within 24 hours.
• Possibly assist with lifting plans and site measurements.
