Job summary

Regen Solutions Ltd is seeking a skilled Tiler to join our East London team on a full-time basis. The role involves tiling works across social housing properties, including kitchens and bathrooms, in occupied and vacant homes.

You will be expected to deliver high-quality repairs, maintain safety, and provide excellent customer service. You will work across planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes, communicating clearly with tenants and colleagues, and ensuring work areas are left safe

Qualifications

• Clean driving license
• DBS check (disclosed as necessary)

Responsibilities

• Carry out wall and floor tiling repairs, replacements and full installations in social housing properties.
• Prepare surfaces, including removing old tiles, repairing backgrounds and applying adhesives and waterproofing.
• Measure, cut and fit ceramic, porcelain and other tiles accurately.
• Grout, seal and finish tiled areas to a high-quality standard.
• Undertake kitchen and bathroom tiling as part of planned maintenance and refurbishment programmes.
• Diagnose tiling defects and recommend remedial works.
• Work professionally in occupied properties, treating residents and belongings with respect.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, colleagues, supervisors and other trades.
• Complete work orders, job sheets and photographic evidence where required.
• Maintain tools, equipment and company vehicles in good working order.
• Follow health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Ensure work areas are left clean, tidy and safe on completion.

We are looking for a skilled, reliable and professional Tiler to join our team in East London, carrying out tiling works across social housing properties. The role will involve working in occupied and vacant properties, delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance and refurbishment works to kitchens, bathrooms and other areas as required.
The successful candidate will take pride in their workmanship, maintain excellent customer service and ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
