CTD Tiles, now part of the Topps Group, is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager for one of its stores. You will support the Branch Manager in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and overseeing stock and people management in a dynamic retail environment.

You will lead a team, train staff, and ensure smooth branch operations while upholding brand standards and profitability. This role requires strong communication, organisation, and a passion for design trends.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design trends and products.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate branch team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Sell, advise on, and promote tile ranges to public and trade customers face-to-face or over the phone.
• Represent the CTD brand and lead a team of trained professionals with industry knowledge.
