We’re still at the start of our journey, we’re looking for a TikTok Shop Manager with a passion for social commerce to join our growing team, to help drive the next phase of growth and play a crucial role in the story of one of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands.

Role Overview:

You will have overall responsibility for planning, launching, and optimising our TikTok Shop presence, and ultimately our performance on the platform. You will work closely with our marketing, influencer and paid teams to ensure seamless campaign execution while using data to drive growth and revenue. This role is ideal for someone who has worked within the TikTok shop ecosystem before, and has a deep understanding of the platform, beauty consumer behaviour and the wider ecommerce space. This is a new role for UKLASH, and as such is a huge opportunity for the right person to come in and have a real impact on the trajectory of the business, with a real career defining opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Strategy
  • Develop and refine strategies to drive traffic, sales, and engagement, including but not limited to promotional strategy, content strategy, advertising, affiliate seeding and TikTok live.
  • Take on the job of expanding UKLASH into international markets
  • Track performance metrics and adapt tactics based on data insights and report performance regularly back to the wider business.
  • Own our relationship with TikTok management, and stay ahead of trends, competitors, and new TikTok features.
  • Influencer & Affiliate Management
  • Build and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, working with our marketing team to create an engaged community of affiliates through on and offline collaborations.
  • Manage 1,000+ new affiliate creators monthly, ensuring quality and engagement amongst new creators.
  • Create and manage a community of our existing affiliates, driving high post rates and ongoing performance amongst our top creators.
  • Shop Management
  • Set up and optimise product listings, bundles, and promotions on TikTok Shop in the UK & internationally.
  • Working with the CGO, ensure our commercial strategy remains profitable and drives long-term business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok’s guidelines and best practices.
  • Working with our operations team, ensure fulfilment settings, shipping integrations, and customer communication flows are operating efficiently, incorporating customer feedback to improve overall satisfaction through TikTok shop.
  • Work closely with our Paid team to drive efficient returns from our ad spend.
  • Content Creation
  • Work closely with creators and our in-house team to create engaging content that helps drive sales on Shop.
  • Appear on camera where required, taking part in live streams to promote products with internal and external representatives of UKLASH.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates, and key campaign metrics.
  • Regularly analyse and report on ROI, product performance, and customer feedback.
  • Use insights to optimise listings, targeting, and content strategy.

Specific Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making and optimising for ROI.
  • 2 years+ working directly with TikTok Shop, either in-house, agency or at TikTok directly.
  • Demonstrable experience in creating affiliate campaigns that drive performance at scale inside TikTok shop, including scaling campaigns (1000+ new creators monthly) and building on the existing network to improve performance.
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data generated by TikTok and syndicate it down into actionable, easy to understand insights.
  • Content Creation Skills: Ability to shoot, edit, and optimize videos using TikTok's native tools and third-party editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere).
  • Expertise in collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and platform partners to deliver high-performing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies for international audiences.
  • Demonstrable inquisitiveness around AI, with demonstrable experience in using advanced models to increase efficiency and outcomes.

  • Being comfortable on camera and happy to get stuck in for lives & other content
  • Working knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and cross-channel marketing strategies.
  • Advertising & Paid Media: Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and running paid social media campaigns.
