Job Description:

We are seeking a TikTok Shop Manager with a passion for social commerce to join our team and help drive our growth.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing our TikTok Shop presence. You will collaborate with marketing, influencer, and paid teams to execute campaigns and use data to drive growth and revenue. This role is ideal for someone experienced in the TikTok shop ecosystem, with a deep understanding of the platform, beauty consumer behaviour, and ecommerce. This is a new role with a significant impact opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to increase traffic, sales, and engagement, including promotional, content, advertising, affiliate seeding, and TikTok live strategies.
  • Expand UKLASH into international markets.
  • Track performance metrics, analyze data, and report results.
  • Manage relationships with TikTok management, stay updated on trends and features.
  • Build and manage relationships with TikTok creators and affiliates, managing over 1,000 new affiliates monthly.
  • Create and maintain a community of existing affiliates.
  • Set up and optimize product listings, bundles, and promotions on TikTok Shop internationally.
  • Ensure compliance with TikTok guidelines and best practices.
  • Coordinate with operations for fulfillment, shipping, and customer communication.
  • Work with paid media teams to optimize ad spend returns.
  • Collaborate with creators and internal teams to produce engaging content.
  • Participate in live streams to promote products.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze campaign metrics, and optimize strategies based on insights.
Specific Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision-making and ROI optimization.
  • At least 2 years of experience working directly with TikTok Shop.
  • Experience creating large-scale affiliate campaigns within TikTok Shop.
  • Ability to analyze large data volumes and generate actionable insights.
  • Content creation skills, including shooting and editing videos using TikTok and third-party tools.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams, agencies, and platform partners.
  • Understanding of market dynamics and strategies for international audiences.
  • Interest and experience in AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Beneficial Skills:
  • Experience with other marketplaces like Amazon.
  • Comfortable on camera for live sessions and content creation.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and cross-channel strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads Manager and paid social media campaigns.
