Job summary

Confidential seeks a TikTok Content Creator & Live Host in Liverpool on a hybrid basis. You will be the on-camera face of the brand, producing engaging TikTok content and hosting live shopping events that drive sales and audience growth.

Responsibilities include live hosting, short-form video creation, and collaboration with ecommerce and marketing teams to align with campaigns. Salary up to 35k depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in TikTok/Content Creator or Social Media roles.
• Confident on-camera presence with engaging delivery.
• Proven ability to create TikTok, Reels or short-form content.
• Basic video editing skills with CapCut or Premiere Rush.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial mindset with ability to sell products online.
• Self-motivated and able to work to a live broadcast schedule.
• Experience with beauty brands or haircare products.
• Previous TikTok Live hosting experience.
• TikTok Shop experience.
• Live commerce or social selling background.
• Existing TikTok following.
• Ability to analyse content performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Live Hosting: Host regular TikTok Shop live selling sessions, demonstrate products and answer questions in real time, drive sales and build audience.
• Content Creation: Create, film, edit, and publish TikTok videos; manage content calendars; set up filming environments.
• Growth & Performance: Track engagement and sales metrics; optimise content using analytics; support campaigns and affiliate activity.
• Collaboration: Work with ecommerce and marketing teams; support influencer partnerships and align with brand campaigns.
