About the Team

The Creator Acquisition and Incubation team aims to attract and onboard creators, incubating them to certain levels through scaling methods across TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct in-depth affiliate and creator data analysis.
2. Design reasonable indicator systems based on business goals.
3. Assess and monitor business performance effectively, providing insights through data analysis.
4. Collaborate cross-functionally to organize resources, research key development topics, and offer strategic support.
5. Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities to develop operational strategies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of work experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and sensitivity to data.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with project management experience.
• Adaptable, resilient, quick learner, with structured thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in E-commerce, Technology, Social Media, or related industries internationally.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok Creator ecosystem; knowledge of creator sales or influencer marketing is a plus.
