About the Team: The Creator Acquisition and Incubation team aims to attract, onboard, and incubate creators to certain levels through scaling across TikTok Shop.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth affiliate and creator data analysis.
2. Design indicator systems aligned with business goals.
3. Assess and monitor business performance, providing insights through data analysis.
4. Coordinate cross-departmental resources, research key business development topics, and offer strategic support such as goal setting and advice.
5. Analyze competitors and identify growth opportunities to develop operational strategies.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Strong data analysis skills and sensitivity to data.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and experience in project management.
• Adaptable, resilient, quick learner, with structured thinking and a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in E-commerce, Technology, Social Media, or related industries internationally.
• Deep understanding of the TikTok Creator ecosystem, including creator sales or influencer marketing, is a plus.
