We are a natural skincare and beauty brand, and we’re in need of professional-quality Social Media Marketing Strategist who is a genius at elevating trends and patterns for our online presence. We’re looking for a talented Marketing Strategist who can help us create reports for marketing campaigns and social media including TikTok and Instagram. The ideal candidate will have strong illustration abilities, experience in digital media, and a keen eye for interesting marketing strategies. You’ll bring your creative ingenuity which will be used to improve our website and social media to foster community engagement and showcase the powerful stories of our brand. In exchange, we’d be happy to offer our skincare products for free and pay for a day rate on a freelance basis. Key Responsibilities:

Skills and Experience Required

We are looking for someone driven and motivated that can prove their skills in content creation. Previous experience and track record in sales driving content is a definite bonus, but someone with less industry experience with fresh ideas and a clear plan, as well as passion for content creation, will be equally considered for this role. What matters to us is your desire to bring our brand up from a starting point and develop it into a thriving business.

What We Are Looking For:

• Someone who can develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme)
• Evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
• Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare basic level monthly reports for management
• Monitor and report on competitor activity
• Lead external agencies, when appropriate, to effectively manage events, press relationships, editorial requests, presentations, promotional materials and online activities
• Oversee and manage the marketing budget.
• Understanding of engagement metrics and how visuals impact audience interaction.
