Job summary

SAMY in London is seeking a Creator Marketing Lead to fuel our TikTok Shop client programs. You will be sourcing, briefing, and growing creators who drive brand growth and sales across social-first campaigns.

You will own creator outreach at scale, manage partnerships end-to-end, and coordinate briefs, approvals, and postings. This role blends strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creator marketing, end-to-end campaigns.
• Experience running creator outreach at volume.
• Strong creative judgement for premium brands.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop affiliates experience is a plus.
• Excellent English for outreach and reports.

Responsibilities

• Creator sourcing and vetting using platform tools.
• Manage creator outreach and pipeline.
• Oversee advocacy partnerships and campaigns end-to-end.
• Create briefs and manage approvals and posting schedules.
• Run TikTok Shop affiliate plans and monthly brief refreshes.
• Manage performance tracking and GMV reporting.
• Build creator relationships and ensure compliance.
