Job summary

Zachary Daniels is seeking an experienced TikTok Affiliate & UGC Executive to drive day-to-day development and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate and UGC programmes from the United Kingdom. This is a commercially focused role aimed at recruiting creators at scale, activating affiliates and turning creator content into measurable revenue.

Qualifications

• Approximately 4-6 years' experience across affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social commerce.
• Demonstrable experience managing or scaling TikTok Shop Affiliate programmes.
• A strong understanding of TikTok Shop's commercial ecosystem, including creator recruitment, affiliate commissions, product seeding and sales attribution.
• Experience building and managing creator relationships at scale, with a clear understanding of what drives creator activation and ongoing performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience within e-commerce, FMCG, health and wellness, beauty or another consumer goods category would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management and growth of the TikTok Shop Affiliate programme, driving revenue, customer acquisition and brand awareness.
• Develop and execute strategies to recruit, activate and retain a high volume of productive affiliates.
• Identify and onboard creators whose audiences, content styles and commercial potential align with the brand.
• Build a scalable affiliate ecosystem that delivers consistent content output and measurable commercial returns.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, affiliates and content partners.
• Manage creator outreach, negotiations, onboarding, product seeding, campaign briefs and ongoing communications.
• Coordinate creator activity around product launches, promotional periods, seasonal campaigns and key commercial initiatives.
• Drive the production of authentic, high-quality UGC that supports product discovery, conversion and ongoing sales.
• Identify high-performing creators and develop repeat collaborations to maximise long-term value.
• Monitor affiliate sales, conversion rates, creator productivity, content performance and return on investment.
• Use reporting and performance insights to identify opportunities to improve creator activation, commission structures and campaign effectiveness.
• Evaluate creator performance and reallocate resources towards partnerships that deliver the strongest commercial results.
• Support the development of performance targets, reporting processes and scalable workflows for the affiliate function.
• Stay ahead of emerging TikTok Shop features, creator trends, affiliate strategies and competitor activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve the creator proposition and strengthen the brand's position within social commerce.
• Work closely with leadership and relevant internal teams to align creator activity with product availability, marketing calendars and wider business priorities.
• Establish efficient processes that support the continued growth of the affiliate and UGC function.
