Join our team as a Business Developer, where you'll lead efforts to grow our platform. Your role involves finding and convincing new clients to join us. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, aiming to acquire new clients, add products, and increase sales. Use persuasive skills to explain platform benefits and assist clients in getting started smoothly. Your resilience and ability to meet targets are crucial as you grow our business.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Business Development with excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills. You should be autonomous, responsible for hitting business OKRs, and familiar with CRM tools.

Responsibilities:
  • Find new potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Craft persuasive pitches addressing client needs and platform benefits.
  • Guide clients through joining our platform and address concerns.
  • Assist clients in setting up their accounts accurately.
  • Develop and execute plans for onboarding new clients, including timelines and goals.
  • Achieve monthly goals for client acquisition, product addition, and sales increase.
  • Collaborate with other teams to improve processes and client experience.
  • Understand our products, industry competitors, and market positioning.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Proficient in handling objections and quick learner of new platforms/products.
  • Experience in e-commerce with a strong network in beauty, fashion, FMCG, or Home & Living industries.
  • Ability to work autonomously and familiarity with CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience building processes from scratch.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • UK market experience.
