Are you driven, ambitious and ready to kickstart your career in sales? We’re looking for a team of four motivated individuals to join our growing organisation as Business Development Executives (BDEs). This is your chance to join a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your hard work is recognised and your potential is unleashed.

No previous sales experience? No problem! If you bring the passion and determination, we’ll provide all the training, coaching, and support you need to succeed.

The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy, identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and helping businesses discover how our cutting-edge solutions can solve their biggest challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting our products and services with confidence and enthusiasm.
  • Proactively reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, LinkedIn and social media to spark interest and generate leads.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with potential clients by understanding their challenges and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with senior sales consultants to schedule meetings and demonstrations.
  • Accurately manage your pipeline and activity using our CRM system.
  • Continually seek out new opportunities and ways to improve.
