Job summary

Go Live in London is looking for an Affiliate Executive to build and manage our creator network, onboarding TikTok creators and affiliates who drive sales for our brand partners. You will be the day-to-day relationship lead, ensuring value for both sides as the roster scales.

You will source, onboard, and manage creators, negotiate commercials and timelines, and track performance, payouts, and renewals to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in influencer, affiliate, talent or partnerships.
• Strong communicator with a network mindset.
• Organised — you can juggle dozens of creators without dropping a ball.
• Confident with numbers: CPA, commission rates, ROAS.

Responsibilities

• Source and onboard new creators and affiliates aligned to brand briefs.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables and campaign timelines.
• Manage the day-to-day relationship with creators across the roster.
• Track performance, payouts and renewals.
• Feed insights into brand teams to improve campaign briefs.
