Job summary

reasn is seeking a Content Creator to own our TikTok channel end-to-end, from strategy to on-camera execution. You’ll work within a small, fast-moving marketing team and collaborate directly with the founders to shape our content output.

You’ll also contribute across formats, plan shoots with the founders, and manage community engagement while staying native to the platform’s voice and rhythm. This hands-on role requires confidence on camera and a passion for women’s lifestyle content.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content on TikTok or similar platforms.
• Ability to own strategy and output with minimal briefing.
• Strong understanding of trends, pacing, and native-feeling video content.

Responsibilities

• Own TikTok content strategy end-to-end: trends, formats, sounds, and posting cadence.
• Build and manage the TikTok content calendar.
• Translate wider brand campaigns into TikTok-native activations.
• Report on TikTok performance and adapt strategy accordingly.
• On-camera presence; shoot and edit native TikTok and Instagram content.
