DEPT® is seeking a highly hands-on Content Creator to craft world-class social content for top brands. You will shoot, edit, and publish short‑form videos optimized for the FYP and Discovery feeds, collaborating with strategy, design and media teams.

You’ll bring hands-on editing skills, on‑camera presence, and a track record of rapid, trend-driven content. This hybrid role offers flexible working and opportunities to travel for shoots and brand activations.

Qualifications

• Proven social content experience.
• Passion for TikTok, Reels and short‑form video content creation.
• Comfortable filming and presenting on camera with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Generate quick, trend-led organic social content ideas for clients.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos independently using CapCut or in-app editors.
• React rapidly to social trends and post content within tight timeframes.
• Collaborate with the team and clients, presenting ideas clearly.
• Travel to locations for shoots and activations.
• Manage a large brand asset library to inspire content creation.
• Maintain brand guidelines while experimenting with formats.
• Adopt a doer-and-maker mindset, emphasizing action and learning from performance.
• Support production of high volumes of engaging social content daily.
