Job summary

Manpower UK in Nottingham is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for a permanent full-time role on a rotating day/night shift. You will weld stainless and mild steel, with aluminium welding desirable, reading engineering drawings and delivering high-quality fabricated components to customer specs.

The role requires proven manufacturing/engineering experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a precision environment; overtime opportunities and a modern facility are on

Qualifications

• Proven experience as TIG welder in manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong aluminium welding experience (desirable).
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Weld stainless and mild steel to tight tolerances.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality fabricated components to customer specifications.
• Ensure all work meets strict accuracy and precision standards.
• Inspect own work and maintain high-quality standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision on a rotating day/night shift.
