Job Title:TIG Welder
Location:Stevenage
40 hours per week plus overtime

Pay:£16.00 – £18.00 per hour PAYE Depending on experience

We’re hiring on behalf of a well-established company in Stevenage, looking for an experiencedTIG Welderto join their team for a short-term project. If you’re confident in TIG and MIG welding techniques and enjoy hands-on fabrication work, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Welding & Fabrication:Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on mild and stainless steel components.
• Technical Drawings:Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical specs to ensure accurate builds.
• Layout & Prep:Measure, cut, bend, and assemble steel parts with precision before welding.
• Hands-On Work:Build and fabricate components for a variety of applications—no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience:3+ years in a similar TIG/MIG welding and fabrication role.
• Qualifications:NVQ Level 3 in Fabrication and Welding (or equivalent).
• Skillset:Strong understanding of welding best practices and technical fabrication.
