Job summary

Tec Partners Recruitment Ltd is seeking three experienced TIG Welders for a full-time, permanent role in Chatteris. You will TIG weld stainless and carbon steels, read engineering drawings accurately, and produce high-quality welds on engineered components.

The role requires adaptability to a rotating 2-week days / 2-week nights shift and a strong fabrication background. Immediate interviews with a quick practical weld test are available.

Qualifications

Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire

Shift: 2 Weeks Days / 2 Weeks Nights

Pay Rates: Flexible depending on expereince

Full-Time, Permanent

We are urgently recruiting 3 experienced TIG Welders to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business in Chatteris.

Due to continued demand and a growing workload, they are looking to add three skilled welders to the team as soon as possible.

The Role

• TIG welding on high-quality engineered and fabricated components
• Working with stainless and carbon steels
• Working accurately from engineering drawings
• Producing consistently high-quality welds
• Working on technically demanding components and assemblies
• Rotating shift pattern – 2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights

What We're Looking For

• Experienced TIG Welders who can hit the ground running
• Strong fabrication/engineering background
• Confident reading engineering drawings
• High standard of workmanship and attention to detail
• Comfortable working the rotating day/night shift pattern
• Coded/high-integrity welding experience would be advantageous
