Job summary

Central Recruitment is seeking a skilled TIG Welder/Fabricator for Burnley to weld mild and stainless steel, read engineering drawings, and work largely on their own while collaborating with a team of experienced engineers.

The role involves on-site fabrication with some off-site installation, hours Mon-Thurs 7.30am - 4pm and Fri 7.30am - 1pm. Hourly rate £17.00- £19.50, with free parking.

Qualifications

Experience TIG welding on mild and stainless steel.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Reliable and flexible, willing to travel/off-site if required.
Full driving licence is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Weld and fabricate components to specification.
Work independently with engineers and in a small team.
Assist with on-site installation when required.

Our client in Burnley, Design, Manufacture and Install Bespoke Machinery

Fabrication & Assembly operations are carried out on site with some off-site installation required so must be flexible to work off site and stay away if required.

We are looking for a Skilled Tig Welder / Fabricator capable of working on their own with Mild & Stainless Steel, working alonside our highly skilled team of Engineers
