DJH in the United Kingdom is hiring a Tier 2 IT Service Desk Engineer to deliver high-quality technical support across the business. You’ll be the first point of contact for IT issues, owning tickets from triage to resolution and escalating when needed.

The role covers Microsoft 365 support, Windows 11 devices, and Hybrid IT infrastructure. Candidates should have enterprise-level service desk experience and strong customer service skills. This position may require UK-wide travel and site visits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an IT Service Desk or Helpdesk environment at Enterprise level, supporting over 800 employees.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 devices and common business applications.

Aufgaben

• Act as a key member of the IT Service Desk, handling incidents and service requests through to resolution.
• Triage, prioritise and manage incoming support tickets in line with agreed service levels.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
• Support user account administration, password resets and access requests within Microsoft 365 and Active Directory.
• Assist with device provisioning, configuration and troubleshooting using Microsoft Intune.
• Support Windows 11 desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices and associated peripherals.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware and connectivity issues.
• Escalate complex incidents to Tier 3 engineers whilst providing detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting information.
