Job summary

Sadler's Wells in London is seeking a friendly Ticket Sales Assistant to deliver a first-class ticketing service, support customers through their purchase, and work as part of a dynamic team.

This fixed-term three-month role involves shift work in the evenings and weekends, with availability over the festive period. The team aims to maximise ticket revenue while building audience loyalty through personable service.

As a new Ticket Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class ticketing service to our customers. You will provide support to customers throughout their ticket buying experience, while seeking to maximise ticket revenue and develop audience loyalty through these interactions.

This is a fixed-term three-month contract that involves shift work over evenings and weekends. We also require candidates to provide availability over the festive period.
