Job summary

Sadler's Wells Foundation Ltd in London is seeking a Ticket Sales Assistant to deliver a first-class ticketing service. You will support customers through their ticket buying experience and help maximise ticket revenue while building audience loyalty.

This is a fixed-term three-month contract with shift work in the evenings and weekends, including availability over the festive period. Please submit your application by 11 October 2026; interviews follow the week of 19-20 October.

As a new Ticket Sales Assistant, you will be instrumental in delivering a first-class ticketing service to our customers. You will provide support to customers throughout their ticket buying experience, while seeking to maximise ticket revenue and develop audience loyalty through these interactions.

This is a fixed-term three-month contract that involves shift work over evenings and weekends. We also require candidates to provide availability over the festive period.
