Job summary

ESCO is seeking a Through Life Support Programme Manager to lead the lifecycle management of equipment, including commissioning, spares, repairs, field service and upgrades. You will coordinate across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Commercial to deliver safe, predictable and profitable support throughout its life cycle.

You will own senior customer interfaces, drive continuous improvement, and ensure governance, risk management and timely delivery against contractual

Qualifications

• Delivering complex portfolios in engineering, manufacturing, defence or regulated environments.
• Leading cross-functional teams across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance and Commercial.
• Strong commercial and financial management including contracts, forecasting, revenue and margin.
• Experience in series production, through-life activities and field service.
• Knowledge of planning, baselining, governance, change control and risk reporting.
• Excellent customer leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
• Security-cleared or able to obtain security vetting (British nationals).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Through Life Support portfolio to meet revenue, margin and delivery commitments.
• Forecast and report across schedule, cost, cash, margin and risk.
• Manage fixed-price, long-term contracts with Programme Finance and Commercial.
• Lead series production programmes and ensure timely delivery against milestones.
• Oversee spares, repairs, maintenance, and field-service delivery.
• Support deployment, commissioning and operator training for ESCO equipment.
• Drive obsolescence management, upgrades and life-extension initiatives.
• Improve field-service delivery and reduce single points of failure.
