Job summary

ESCO Maritime Solutions is seeking a Through Life Support Programme Manager to lead our series production and life-cycle support portfolio across boats, ships, and power-generation systems.

You will drive safe, predictable and profitable delivery, oversee commissioning, training, spares, repairs, upgrades, obsolescence management and life extension, while coordinating across Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance and PMO.

Qualifications

• Delivery of complex portfolios in engineering or regulated environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across operations, supply chain and quality.
• Strong procurement, forecasting, risk management and bid support skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Through Life Support portfolio to meet revenue, margin, and delivery targets.
• Coordinate activities to meet milestones and customer commitments with escalations as needed.
• Maintain forecasts and reporting across schedule, cost, cash, and risk.
• Ensure spares, repairs, field service, upgrades and obsolescence management are effectively planned.
• Lead customer interfaces and build long-term partnerships across functions.
• Drive continuous improvement in governance, visibility and delivery performance.
