Job summary

Orion Electrotech in Windsor is seeking a Through-Hole Soldering Operator to join a friendly production team. Full training provided and you’ll learn valuable electronics manufacturing skills in a clean, professional environment.

You will perform through-hole and hand soldering, prepare kits and components for assembly, read engineering drawings, and help monitor quality and productivity to keep production on track. Mon-Thu 7:30am–4:00pm, Fri 7:30am–12:30pm, with early finish on Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Carry out through-hole soldering and hand soldering of electronic components.
• Prepare kits and components for assembly.
• Continually monitor the production process to ensure high levels of quality and productivity.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
