Holt Engineering in Poole is urgently seeking an experienced Through-Hole Solderer to join our busy, growing team. This role focuses on high-quality through-hole soldering to IPC standards and assembling electronic components onto PCBs.

You will read technical drawings, work from instructions, and help hit production targets. We offer a competitive hourly rate from £13.00 per hour DOE, a 4-day week (Mon-Thu) with long weekends, and a stable role with excellent work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Experience in through-hole soldering to IPC standards.
