Chilton Trinity School in Bridgwater, Somerset is seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant & Thrive Practitioner to support students' emotional resilience and social development through Thrive interventions. The role complements teachers by handling learning activities in and outside the classroom.

Applicants may hold a recognised Thrive Practitioner qualification or be willing to undertake training, fully supported by the school.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent.
• Experience as a Teaching Assistant is beneficial.
• Demonstrates strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Thrive interventions to support emotional resilience and social interaction.
• Support the class teacher with learning activities in and out of the classroom.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff and external agencies.
