Job summary

Elementa Support Services Ltd is recruiting in Calne, Wiltshire for a term-time role with a 60-day paid trial and potential permanent placement. The successful candidate will support pupils with SEMH and SEND, rotate through small groups and 1:1 sessions, and contribute to THRIVE-based interventions and forest school projects.

Previous experience with challenging behaviour is valued; Team Teach or THRIVE training is welcomed and may be offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with children who have SEMH, trauma and challenging behaviour.
• Ability to engage parents to support children at home.
• Willingness to work with external organisations for positive change.

Responsibilities

• Work in small groups or 1:1 with pupils during rotations.
• Support THRIVE approach and forest school activities.
• Contribute to safeguarding and positive behaviour strategies.
