Job summary

Superdrug Stores is seeking a Threading Specialist to deliver expert brow and threading services with professional customer care in-store at Washington. You will promote beaut y treatments, upsell services, and maintain excellent client relations with brands like Beauty by Ellie, Lash Perfect & Studex.

The role includes in-house training, 16 hours per week, and a competitive hourly rate. Benefits include generous holiday allowance and staff discounts to enjoy throughout the year.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or threading certification.
• 1 year+ professional threading experience.
• Desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Confident in engaging with customers and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Provide threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, lash extensions, and piercing services.
• Offer professional beauty advice to customers and ensure an exceptional in-store experience.

Location: Unit 1 The Galleries Retail Park, Washington, Tyne and Wear NE38 7QY
Hours: 16 hours per week
Salary: £13.30 Per Hour

In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience. You will be offering the following treatments:

Threading, Tinting, Facial & Brow waxing, Cluster Lash extensions and ear piercing.

We offer in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing & Lash extensions.

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certificationor have 1 year + professional experience in threading.
• Have a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
• Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
• Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
