Job summary

Superdrug in Loughton is seeking a friendly Threading Specialist to provide threading, tinting, brow waxing, and lash services, delivering expert advice for customers and an outstanding in-store experience.

You will be trained in-house and support piercing and lash extensions, with Saturday and Sunday shifts totaling 14 hours per week. The role offers competitive hourly pay (£14) and employee benefits from Superdrug.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or threading certification.
• 1 year+ threading experience or certification.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide threading, tinting, facial & brow waxing, lash extensions, and ear piercing.
• Advise customers on treatments and upsell products/services.
• Participate in in-house training and maintain high service standards.

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year + professional experience in threading.
