Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Threading Specialist at our Essex store to deliver threading, tinting, waxing, lash extensions, and ear piercing. You will provide expert beauty advice and help customers achieve their look while maintaining exceptional in-store service.

We offer in-house training, competitive pay, and employee discounts. The role requires weekend availability, 14 hours per week, and a passion for current beauty trends.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or threading certification required
• Minimum 1 year of professional threading experience preferred
• Strong customer service and upselling skills are essential

Responsibilities

• Deliver threading, tinting, facial & brow waxing, lash extensions and ear piercing
• Provide expert beauty advice to customers and tailor treatments to individual needs
• Upsell products and services to enhance client results and shop revenue

Hours: 14 hours per week - Saturday and Sunday availability required

Salary: £14.00 Per Hour

In this role, you will provide expert beauty treatments and professional advice to our customers, ensuring they enjoy the best possible in-store experience. We’re also extremely proud to work with some of the most trusted and professional beauty brands in the industry, like Beauty by Ellie, Lash Perfect & Studex, all helping us to deliver the very best professional service to our customers!

You will be offering the following treatments

• Threading
• Tinting
• Facial & Brow waxing
• Cluster Lash extensions
• Ear piercing

We offer in-house professional training in Threading, Tinting, Waxing, Piercing & Lash extensions.

• Hold a minimum of NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy and/or possess a relevant threading certification or have 1 year + professional experience in threading.

• Are confident in engaging with customers, recommending treatments, and upselling products and services.
• Are truly passionate about all things beauty, keeping up with the latest trends and techniques.
