Job Description:

Third Party Risk & Governance Specialist - Up to 55k + package

Are you passionate about minimising third-party risk and driving risk oversight within a dynamic Procurement environment? Do you enjoy working with teams to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple markets?

This role offers a great opportunity to learn and develop, working alongside experienced colleagues.

You will be responsible for maintaining and embedding The Group's Procurement and Outsourcing Business Standard and delivering effective Group Procurement performance reporting to stakeholders. You will join the Group Procurement team, supporting Senior Procurement colleagues with essential reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Skills and experience:

  • Deep understanding of Third Party Risk and Governance methodologies and their application, with a proven track record in planning, data analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining Third Party Risk Management Policies, Standards, and Frameworks in Financial Services is desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in data analysis, MI production, and Procurement Systems (e.g., SAP-Ariba, Coupa), with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Ability to deliver appropriate and proportionate actions and responses that balance risk, financial exposure, reputation, supplier relationships, and stakeholder requirements.
