Job summary

MPJ Recruitment are representing a growing specialist insurance and underwriting company based in Manchester city centre. The Third Party Motor Claims Handler role covers all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims; office-based with hours 08:30am to 17:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will liaise with solicitors, insurers and accident management companies to investigate liability and handle complex files.

Qualifications

• The role involves all aspects of Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage Claims.
• Prioritise your own claims portfolio and team responsibilities.
• Liaise with different departments to establish liability, including investigations.
• Handle complex files such as Liability and High Value cases.
• Liaise with Solicitors, Insurers and accident management companies.
• Identify and refer fraudulent activity.
• Deliver a consistent and outstanding level of service to all parties involved.
