Job summary

Intact Insurance, formerly RSA, is transforming to make insurance simpler, faster and more responsive. This permanent role supports our Cyber Risk Assurance function, focusing on managing the end-to-end third-party cyber assurance lifecycle and collaborating with stakeholders to strengthen security posture.

You will review third-party security documentation such as SOC2 Type II reports, ISO certifications, and penetration tests, while deploying BitSight across high-risk partners and driving

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Cyber Third-Party Assurance lifecycle.
• Assist in third-party cyber risk assessments delivering secure-by-design outcomes.
• Review third-party security docs (SOC2 Type II, ISO certs, penetration tests).
• Drive process, tools and resource improvements.
• Support BitSight deployment across high/medium risk third parties with real-time risk insights.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Supporting the management of the end-to-end Cyber Third-Party Assurance life-cycle process.
• Assists in conducting Third-Party Cyber Risk Assurance assessments delivering outcomes that are secure by design and within Cyber Risk appetite.
• Reviewing third-party security documentation (e.g., third-party questionnaires, SOC2 Type II reports, ISO certifications, penetration tests).
• Proactively pursuing improvements in processes, tools, and resources.
• Assist in the deployment and ongoing assessment of the BitSight tool across our Critical, High, and Medium rated Third Parties, providing real-time insights into their risk posture.

Your skills and experience:

• Professional knowledge and expertise may range from foundational to advanced across relevant methods, tools, processes, and practices, with the ability to apply and adapt them according to role complexity and business needs.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability may range from interpreting routine information and resolving straightforward issues to developing insights and solutions for complex business challenges.
• Communication and collaboration skills appropriate to role size and scope, ranging from effective engagement with immediate colleagues and stakeholders to influencing senior stakeholders and providing specialist advice.
• Ability to work independently while recognising when support, input, or escalation is required.
