Job summary

Intact Insurance is seeking a Cyber Awareness Analyst to help build a strong cyber security culture across the organisation. You will work within the Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security team, supporting awareness campaigns, training content and phishing simulations while reporting to the Director.

Qualifications

• Experience creating clear cyber security content for varied audiences.
• Experience supporting cyber awareness, training or communications initiatives.
• Knowledge of phishing, password security and data protection concepts.
• Ability to translate security concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong planning and multi-tasking with attention to detail.

Win as a Team:

The Cyber Awareness Analyst sits within Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security and supports the delivery of cyber awareness activities that help build and sustain a strong cyber security culture across the organisation. The role reports to the Director, Security Strategy, Architecture & Portfolio Security, with day-to-day task management provided by the Cyber Awareness Specialist.

You'll make an impact by:

• Support delivery of cyber awareness campaigns and colleague communications
• Help create and maintain security training, education and behaviour change materials
• Assist with phishing simulations and targeted awareness activities
• Develop clear, engaging content for different business audiences
• Promote secure behaviours and reinforce policy and good practice through day-to-day awareness activity
• Support the coordination of awareness events, campaigns and engagement initiatives across the business
• Track awareness metrics, training completion and campaign effectiveness data

Your skills and experience:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-appropriate cyber security content
• Experience supporting cyber awareness, training, communications or behaviour change initiatives within a business environment
• Good understanding of common cyber security risks and topics such as phishing, password security, social engineering, data protection and secure remote working
• Ability to translate technical security concepts into practical guidance for non-technical audiences
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and priorities with attention to detail
