Co-op Little Pioneers in the UK is seeking a qualified professional to join as Third in Charge, reporting to the Nursery Manager and collaborating with the Quality Excellence team to deliver outstanding results.

You’ll have a Level 3 in Early Years (Level 4+ preferred) with at least 2 years’ EYFS experience, plus excellent listening, communication, and customer service skills, and an Enhanced DBS check.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably Level 4 or above.
• At least 2 years Early Years experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education Inspection Framework.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children.
• Excellent listening, communication and customer service skills.
• Have an Enhanced DBS check.

You don’t have to be a superhero, but it helps! As Third in Charge, you will work and report directly to the Nursery Manager and work in unity with the Quality Excellence team to achieve all-round outstanding results.

We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Early Years provider. Your Co-op Little Pioneers is run with a different ethos to other nurseries. Who are we looking for?
