Your Co-op Little Pioneers invites applications for a Third in Charge. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and work closely with the Quality Excellence team to help deliver our vision of outstanding early years provision.

Our child-centric approach prioritizes fun to nurture a kinder, more considerate generation. You will focus on the development of the key children while supporting colleagues, families and children to achieve consistently high ratings.

• Develop the education and development of key children while aligning with the co-op’s child-centric ethos.

You don’t have to be a superhero, but it helps! As Third in Charge, you will work and report directly to the Nursery Manager and work in unity with the Quality Excellence team to achieve all-round outstanding results.

We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Early Years provider. Your Co-op Little Pioneers is run with a different ethos to other nurseries. Our child-centric approach puts a premium on fun which ultimately is intended to nurture a kinder and more considerate generation. Your core skills in the education and development of your key children will help us on our mission to ensure our colleagues, families, and children all rate us as outstanding.
