Co-op Childcare is looking for an Early Years Assistant to join our Little Pioneers nurseries in the United Kingdom. You will help deliver high-quality care and early education, supporting children’s development through engaging play and learning activities.

We welcome applicants with a genuine passion for Early Years, a willingness to learn, and an understanding of safeguarding. Flexible hours are available, with opportunities for full-time or part-time roles.

Qualifications

• Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
• Open, honest and compassionate disposition.
• Inspiring and passionate about Early Years and working with children.
• Understanding of safeguarding and EYFS.

Responsibilities

• Support learning and development of key children through play and education.
