Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC is hiring a Third in Charge at the Haddenham Day Nursery. You will lead, mentor and inspire a team to deliver outstanding care and education, ensuring child welfare, health and safeguarding standards are met while building strong partnerships with families and professionals.

Previously you should have Level 3+ Early Years qualifications and be a confident decision-maker with experience guiding others.

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting – ideally as a Third in Charge, Room Leader, Early Years Educator or similar.
• Confident decision maker with experience providing leadership to others.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, support and inspire a team to deliver exceptional care and education.
• Promote child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding and maintain partnerships with colleagues, parents and professionals.
• Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead when required and support occupancy growth.

You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
