Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Third in Charge for our VIP Day Nursery and Preschool in London. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional care and education, ensuring child welfare, health and safeguarding, and building strong partnerships with parents and professionals.

Role requires Level 3+ Early Years qualification, experience in an Early Years setting, and the ability to lead and develop staff. DBS checks and safeguarding compliance apply.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection requirements.

You will promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding, and maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
