Job summary

Nuclear Graduates is recruiting for a Thermo-Fluids Nuclear Graduate as part of a two-year programme in the UK. You will develop thermal-hydraulic analysis skills and contribute to safety justifications, working on Naval Reactor designs and supporting design decisions.

You will rotate across sponsor locations, gain exposure to multiple sectors of the UK nuclear industry, and receive dedicated professional development from Energus and industry leaders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant degree subject.
• Candidates must have the right to work for the duration of the 2 year programme.
• Successful completion of security clearance checks.
• Willing and able to travel and relocate; Energus head office is based in Workington, Cumbria, but role locations will vary dependent on sponsor location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply thermal-hydraulic analysis underpinning Naval Reactors designs and safety justifications.
• Learn from leading experts on projects across sponsor locations.
• Gain experience across the breadth of the UK nuclear sector through two secondments.
