Job summary

Frazer-Nash Consultancy in the United Kingdom is seeking a graduate engineer to join our nuclear energy teams. You will work on projects across design, safety case development, and asset life cycle, with time on client sites and strong training on professional accreditation.

You will need a 2:1 degree in engineering or physical sciences, be eligible for UK security vetting, and demonstrate problem solving, collaboration and clear communication as you tackle real-world nuclear challenges.

Qualifications

• 2:1 degree or higher in engineering or physical sciences bias.
• Pre-employment screening and UK National Security Vetting clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Support, advise and solve problems for nuclear facility owners.
• Liaise with technical experts, operators, designers and the regulator.
• Analyze designs of new nuclear technologies and assess life extension viability.
• Produce safety cases for nuclear assets and contribute to decommissioning efforts.
• Occasional time on client sites.
