Job summary

BLAZECORP PTE. LTD. seeks a PhD/Master’s level Mechanical/Mechatronics researcher to push a next-generation data center cooling platform and AI cloud infrastructure.

You will lead thermal design, CFD analysis and hardware prototyping for high-density power modules and server architectures. The role involves running simulations, building proof-of-concept setups, and collaborating with power electronics and layout teams to improve energy efficiency and reliability.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field.
• Deep expertise in thermal simulation and CFD tools (ANSYS/COMSOL/OpenFOAM).
• Strong understanding of liquid cooling, two-phase cooling and advanced heat sink design.
• Proven hardware prototyping with rigorous analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead thermal management, fluid dynamics and electromechanical design for high-density modules and server architectures.
• Design and build proof-of-concept setups using pumps, valves, manifolds and fluid loops.
• Run physics-based simulations for fluid flow, heat transfer and stress under extreme workloads.
• Collaborate with power electronics and layout teams to maximise space efficiency and reliability.
