Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 7 Therapy Lead to oversee therapy services across Exmouth and Sidmouth Community Inpatient Units. The role focuses on clinical leadership, governance, and ensuring therapy input is integrated into overall patient care and discharge planning.

You will lead and support therapy staff, manage a complex clinical caseload and help develop rehabilitation services across both units, working within multidisciplinary

Qualifications

Qualified therapist with HCPC registration and NHS experience.
Experience leading therapy services and governance in a community setting.
Strong skills in multidisciplinary teamwork and discharge planning.

Responsibilities

Lead therapy services across Exmouth and Sidmouth Community Inpatient Units.
Provide clinical leadership, development and governance for the therapy team.
Mentor and support staff, manage a complex caseload and drive service development.
Embed therapy in multidisciplinary discharge planning to support timely patient flow.
Contribute to ongoing development of rehabilitation services across two units.
