Job summary

Royal Devon is seeking a Band 7 Highly Specialist Therapist to join our Community Services in Devon on a 32-hour per week fixed-term basis until 31/10/2027. The role focuses on highly specialist assessment, intervention and clinical leadership within a multidisciplinary community setting.

You will lead complex clinical decisions, collaborate with colleagues across health and social care, and support service improvement while delivering person-centred care in people’s homes and communities.

Qualifications

• Experience as Band 7 Highly Specialist Therapist in community health.
• Experience with highly specialist assessment and intervention for complex needs.
• Ability to provide clinical leadership and support to others within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide highly specialist therapy assessment and intervention for people with complex needs in the community.
• Offer leadership and supervision to team members and contribute to service improvement.
• Support safe, effective, person-centred care and professional governance within community services.
